Mangalore:Research and development activities of P. A. College of Engineering Mangalore, acquired a new momentum, when Prof. T.C. Shivashankara Murthy , Hon’ble vice chancellor, Mangalore University inaugurated the Research and development Program in the campus on 29-04-2010. In his address to the staff and students, he spoke on the importance of research in basic sciences on the economical development of the country.
Prof. B. Abdul Rahiman, Dean R & D and Head, Department of Biotechnology narrated the research work in various departments of P. A. College of Engineering to the vice chancellor. Dr. S. A. Khan, Principal P.A. College of Engineering, presided over the function. Prof. M. A Muliyar, Dean Academics, Mr. M. Iqbal Registrar (A&A), P.A. Educational Trust and Mr. Ahmed Kutty, Finance manager P. A. Educational trust were also present . Dr. B.K. Sarojini proposed the vote of thanks.
