Mangalore, April 15, 2009:Samanvaya Mangalore along with School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya Mangalore has organized a day’s training on “Personality Development” on April 08, 2009 at Samanvaya Conference Hall. The Managing Trustee of Samanvaya Rev. Dr.Pius Fidelis Pinto Inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp. In his inaugural address, he called upon the M.S.W. students to set goals in life and to slog hard to achieve them.
The resource person Rev. Dr Ronald Cutinha conducted the programme with group activities, OHP presentations and interactive participation. The meaning, definitions, characteristics of personality development, types of personality, principles for shaping personality and building super personality were discussed and deliberated in detail.
Mrs. Prathibha, Lecturer of School of Social work, Roshni Nilaya proposed vote of thanks. M.S.W. students of Roshni Nilaya participated in this training.
