Kallianpur August 19th 2008: A Human Resource Development Programme was conducted for the students of I and II B.A of Milagres College, Kallianpur by the Humanities Association. Mr. Seetharam Kevala, Principal, Indus College, the resource person. The programmed included the training on task management, Memory skills, self-motivation, leadership skills etc. The programme was held during the whole day which included training games, puzzles, group dynamics.
The Principal of the College, Rev. Fred Mascarenhas stressed the need for such programmes for the students for their all round development. Prof. Melwin Rego, H.O.D Sociology gave the objectives of the programmes such as to enhance ones capabilities and employability. He also pointed out that the students undergoing such progress develop their self and once graduated, they are recognized and respected in the society at large. The programme was convened by Prof. Melwin Rego, Dr. Vinay Rajath and Prof. Hilda Rodrigues, Convener of Humanities Association.
