Mangalore June 30th:A training on, ‘the role of parents in educating and raising children’ was organized at Lingappayakad in Mulky for the parents of school going children on June 28, 2008. Jayces Mulky had taken the lead in organizing the training in collaboration with local Women Association.
The resource person, director of Samanvaya Rev. Dr. Ronald Cutinha explained the role of parents in raising their children with values and making them responsible citizens of the nation. Guidelines to solve teenage problems were proposed. The coordinator of Bethany Social Service Society Sr. Prema B.S. clarified the questions raised on children education.
The president of Jayces Mulky Mr Jaya Kumar welcomed and secretary Mr Chandrashekar proposed vote of thanks. Kilpady Grama Panchayath President Mrs Sharada Vasanth and Social Worker Mrs Sunitha were responsible to organize this event.
