Udupi 26th Feb:With the objective to start one group each in every Vado(ward) and to protect our rich culture "Vovio training" was organised by the Catholic Sabha in Kallianpur unit on 24th February 2008 in the Tri Centenary Hall. Fr.Marcel Saldahna inaugurated the programme. 

Prof.Vincent Alva was the resource person. Mr.Richard D Souza welcomed the gathering and introduced the speaker. Mr.Edward Lewis the former President and Dr.Gerald Pinto the editor of Amcho Sandesh was on the dais. Mrs.Rosy Baretto the secretary proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs.Marcelline Pinto the convener of the programme compeered the entire programme. Prof. Alva trained the partcipants on the Vovio of Rose. Groups were formed Vado wise and they will sing during the Rose programmes in their respective Vado's.
